Unlike Stylista, the CW network’s show where interns at Elle magazine compete to be the last one standing, no one gets kicked off of Running in Heels. Instead, the show will strive for more of “a documentary feel,” according to Joanna Coles, the editor of Marie Claire. Four camera crews record the adventures of interns, Ashley, Talita and Samantha as they learn their way around a fashion magazine.
