I happened upon the “The Trunk Trading Co.” last week and super glad I did!! This adorable little shop on the corner of 7th Street & Glendale is filled with vintage / retro- inspired labels and includes many local designers’ wares at great prices.  Jennifer Woodling, the boutique owner, also carries a small rack of true vintage frocks priced from around $20 and up.

Jennifer has great buying taste, but most impressive was the selection of local fashion artists including Ouma – long maxi dresses and Ouma’s custom looks, Cherry Bombin’ Wear – adorable wallets and accessories made from recycled bicylce inner tubes and Space Cadet Jewelry – jewelry designed from 75% recycled materials.
