The Phoenix Cotillion Mother-Daugher Fashion Show – RECAP

My favorite look from the Dillard's runway
I had the pleasure of attending and judging the Mother-Daughter Fashion Show for The Phoenix Cotillion on Sunday night from the rooftop of the Wyndham Phoenix Hotel.
What a lovely evening fashionably filled with gorgeous young ladies dressed in the latest trends including retro-80′s looks, harem pants, bright berry colors and more. I was thoroughly impressed with the trendiness of the young ladies and their matching moms.

Me and emcee, Sheree Hartwell, Owner of FORD/Robert Black Modeling Agency, sporting trendy tights for fall.

The corsage the Cotillion gave me for being a judge. So sweet!
As a judge, I was to scout a few of my favorite coordinating mother-daughter outfits and the top 5 would win a prize and get their chance to strut their stuff down the Dillard’s runway. Here’s a few pictures of my favorite mom-daughter duos…

Loved them! Rockin' the 80's trend.

Here’s some of the winners, selected collectively by all judges, strutting their stuff down the runway…

All of the girls looked stunning and super trendy. I don’t remember looking this chic in high school! Here’s some of the young ladies having fun with friends…

For the fashion show itself, hair and makeup was provided to the student Cotillion models by one of my favorite places, Kohler Academy! Special thanks to Kohler’s DREAM Team of Stylists and Makeup artists.

Finally, on to the show! The show started out casual, with a lot of Ed Hardy, and progressed until it finally ended with gorgeous formals, all provided by Dillard’s. I really loved the fashions. And the Cotillion models and their male attendants were adorable on stage – with little dances and so much personality. They were all adorable! Can’t wait until next year’s show! Enjoy the pictures below…
