Lots of lovely ladies at Olive & Ivy last night for FGI AZ’s “Sex & The City 2″ event before the ladies headed to the theater to take in the newly released, highly anticipated movie! The fun started with flatbread, appetizers, cosmos and a beautiful SATC2 inspired cake by Chef Damarys Nimeth of Dolce Art Cakes. After the nibbles, guests enjoyed SATC2 models demonstrating the looks of my four favorite big screen, big city ladies by stylists Shannon Campbell and Robert Ballew.  Here are the pics from last night’s event. Had a great time yesterday for a pre-grand opening tour of the new Salon Di Bella in Gilbert. Salon Di Bella Owner and Aesthitician Kasei Anderson was so gracious in letting myself and a few of my friends from Blufish Design Studio take a private tour and get a quick eyebrow wax while we chatted about the new salon, set to open in just a few weeks on the northeast corner of Higley and Guadalupe Roads.

Kasei has such gentle hands for waxing and a great eye for detail – the perfect combo for an Aesthetician. And I’m loving her choice of products including Jan Marini Skin, Rhonda Allison skincare and Moroccan Oil for hair. All some great products.
