I just love checking in at Shop Devious in Phoenix. You never know what fun stuff you may find when visiting the shop and shop owner, Anna Marie. She’s such a doll and loves her little shop filled with unique, resale treasures, colorful wigs, fun tights, eclectic furniture – you name! She may just have it!!

Anna Marie, owner of Shop Devious
Devious recently hosted a weekend shopping party with local artists on the patio, fun makeup applications, models in local designers’ pieces including Pat C’s skirts, Mystic Fibers and DtSH. DtSH does these amazing punk sketches on old jackets for just $40. A fantastic idea and a fantastic and “green” alternative to stores like Hot Topic.

One of my favorite local designers, Beth Church, recently unveiled her jewelry collection inspired by Alice In Wonderland, just in time for Tim Burton’s latest rendition of the movie. Her collection is “Alice in Spring Wonderland”. Check out the photos on Facebook here Beth in Wonderland. And to order, visit bethchurchjewelry.com. Love it!

It was a fashion filled weekend! Friday night’s impromptu fashion show to celebrate local industry friends, Ruca Haute and Paul Sebring. You know Paul’s photography work from local magazines, designers and event celebrity shoots in LA. Recently, he’s been working in Haiti and photographing his time there. Check it out at sebringphotography.com. And be warned – the pictures from Haiti are tearjerkers!!
The show was a collaboration of local stylists, designers and models.
The following was styled by Jill DeAndrea with clothing from Dillards:

I love the navy and black combo. And the flower is just fabulous.

Check the crimped hair by Ruca. I am DYING for crimped hair!!

Did you notice the neutral pump? Goes with everything for spring!

The models pre-show.

A few selections by local designer Bree Bridge with Beth Church Jewelry…

And I had no idea, but there was some of my favorite Angela Johnson pieces in the show…

My absolute favorite. I just love.

Well, what a way to celebrate one’s birthday!
