Fashion Phoenix wishes ASU’s Graduating Class of 2009 “Congratulations!” It seems like only yesterday, my name was called and I was walking down the aisle in the symbolic maroon & gold cap and gown. Still today, that cap and gown is one of my favorite outfits, embodying those 4 wonderfully difficult, yet gratifying years of college. As if graduating wasn’t great enough, to have President Obama speak at the commencement ceremony tonight is super FABULOUS!!
It’s going to be a fun, but hot 95 degree evening for all you grads! Maybe wear your bathing suit under the gown to keep cool. I wonder what President “Hot-bama” will be wearing? Will he be sweating in a suit? Keeping cool in an ASU tank top? Maybe go shirtless again?

Super excited for the “Spring Into Summer” fashion show tonight at the Valley Ho! Should be great with fashions from Fleur’t Boutique, models from FORD/Robert Black and more!!

I stopped in to the M.B. York “Lip and Lash Lounge” inside Fleur’t Boutique last week and learned about some cool new anti-aging / skin clarifying products – the Clarisonic Skin Cleansing Brush and the Galvanic Spa II Anti-Aging device. I haven’t tried either, but I have heard results from both are fantastic. If you go to the show tonight, make sure to ask for more information about both.

Spring / Summer at Michael Kors
Yeah!! “Jet setting” is the theme at Michael Kors for spring /summer. Saffron yellow and gold metallics work well for any spring/summer getaways. And these pops of color work well with neutrals like khaki or crisp white. Love the new looks at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location. Stop in and tell my friends I said hi!
