My favorite fashion picks for this week are five whimsical and effortless pieces for any wardrobe. The first favorite is a simple, carefree blouse with a mesmerizing abstract print by Alexander McQueen. You can wear this with black pants for day or paired with a dark red skirt for evening. The garment is 100% silk and runs true to size.

If you’re looking for that accessory that adds just the right amount of color to an outfit, try this lovely Orion Silk Scarf by Christopher Kane.

Ballerina flats by Jimmy Choo are a perfect choice for Summer. These sassy shoes have gold-tone buckle detail and a gripped rubber role for absolute comfort.

Want to stand out and make a statement for an event? I recommend this stunning evening dress by Roland Mouret. The ˜Carabosse Maxi Dress’ has a loose upper bodice with a fitted, tailored skirt. I love the simplicity of the black bodice and admire the striking textured pattern.

This exceptionally detailed, handmade, quilted leather handbag by Cleobella is a fantastic every day bag or weekender. What I love most about this bag is the tribal design, lace-up detail at the sides and plenty of compartments.

Two new fabulous beauty bars have just opened up in the Valley, serving style straight up, shaken or curled just the way you like it: Park Avenue Blow Dry in Arcadia and The Dry Bar at The Scottsdale Quarter.

First, Park Avenue Blow Dry, owned by Holli Christensen of Kensington Makeup, recently opened offering ladies of Phoenix/Arcadia blow-drys, makeup, spray tans and mini-facials all for just $35!

Park Avenue offers a great selection of additions, such as scalp massages, up-dos, waxing and more to satisfy the discerning taste of the most posh Park Avenue Princess who loves a one-stop shop for quality beauty (a.k.a., YOU!). For more information, visit PARK AVENUE BLOW DRY.

From The Dry Bar, located at the Scottsdale Quarter, there’s no cuts, no colors, only blow-outs for just $35, with a host of specialty packages, parties, gift sets and even a service for that special underage little lady for just $24. The Dry Bar Scottsdale, stemming from the flagship bar in LA, is the first location in Arizona. I’m love-drunk with the concept and marketing itself! For more information and to book an appointment online, visit THE DRY BAR.
