Mark your calendars for the June 17th grand opening of Splendid at Scottsdale Fashion Square. The brand known for its super soft contemporary basics collection for women, men and kids will call Scottsdale home mid-month and is set to host a family-friendly store opening crafting event on June 25th from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm.
Crafting Community, an family-centered art and recreation organization, will be joining Splendid at the family crafting event where fashion lovers of all ages can participate in interactive workshops focusing on reusing and repurposing natural materials. Workshops include “Sew Splended” where customers can make their own custom Splendid scarf or the “Fun With Fabrics” offering instructions on fabrics and beading for necklaces, bracelets and key fobs.
Again, the store opens on June 17th and the grand opening event is on June 25th from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm. Sew fabulous to have our first Splendid store in Arizona!

My favorite fashion picks for this week are five whimsical and effortless pieces for any wardrobe.
